The II means it has bi-colored LED's. You can choose 55k or 32k, or anything in-between.

Never done a rundown test but I have used it for over an hour without it dying. They have extended batteries as well. Remember, the LED does not come with a battery and it uses Sony batteries. Using the regular battery should get you 1-2 hours and the extended should double that. I rarely use it at full power as well.

you can change its color temperature. It is a really great video light, and also lightweight. You can go to my youtube channel and see it in action youtube.com/alphaphotoandvideo

150 of each. So you lose 1 stop of light over the single color models.

It's very bright, in fact, I never use it at full power. I use it with an umbrella to light videos. I'm not sure about the neewer cn216's capabilities. Google search You Tub Yongnuo and you should be able to find some videos about it.

Yes you can set it on the ground or a chair easily there is a special bracket that comes with it. But the power output or color quality might not be good enough for photo. This is good for video but for photo you need a much more expensive continuous light. This light will give a lot of green in the photos.

I do like this light a lot. I've gotten a cheaper LED before ( the 120 neewer model), and this one is so much better in many respects. My favorite feature is the remote control, and this one has an IR sensor on both the front face and backside so you can hit it from either angle. It's nice to have the bi-color model so I can have more options for color balance, but it isn't as bright as I'd like as a result. Often I have to mix both lights together to get enough light when it is really dark, and this works OK for me but I'm guessing a person who is OCD about proper color balance for video would not be pleased with it. Pros.. - Works as intended, no issues for me. - Remote control feature is fantastic, especially if you want to mount this off camera or up high. - Love the barn doors. - All the included accessories are nice. The cons.. - These lights are blinding to people, but that is with all LED lights like this and not just this model. Even with a diffuser they are still hard on the eyes. - The light falls off very quick with these lights, but it does help still and there are times I was able to film something across a dark room that otherwise would have been impossible. - These LED lights eat through battery backs pretty quick, and the batteries I have are the huge version. - I notice leaving the battery in even after turning it off, the battery drains itself. - Battery and charger sold separately and no plug for continuous power.

It's a good light, but I would like to focus the beam a bit more. I fashioned some cardboard covers for the inside of the reflectors to cut down on light reflected in such a wide pattern. That helped. I like the adjustable color temp and it seems bright enough for my purpose of lighting for still portraits in a dark environment.
